Once you’ve submitted your information, I’ll contact you to schedule a free consultation over the phone. If we’re a good fit, we’ll set up our first appointment.

My fee for a 50 minute appointment is $190. I do offer some sliding scale appointments; please inquire if you are in need.

Please note that I do not accept insurance. I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance if you have out of network benefits.
